Mumbai Mumbai: Adani Enterprises recorded a net profit of ₹ 3,845 crore in the fourth quarter (January-March) of FY 2024-25, which is about 7.5 times more than ₹ 451 crore in the same period last year. The growth was mainly due to the outstanding of ₹ 3,286 crore income and renewable energy and strong growth of airport business.
If the lump sum profit is removed, the quarter profit was ₹ 1,313 crore. EBITDA increased by 73% and 44% respectively in solar and wind energy manufacturing and airport businesses, respectively, causing total integrated Ebitda to ₹ 4,346 crore.
The net profit of the whole year was ₹ 7,099 crore, which has doubled from ₹ 3,241 crore in the previous financial year. However, the profit in the coal trade segment fell 47% to ₹ 833 crore, due to the decline in global coal prices and decrease in demand.
The company is now planning to increase solar production capacity from 6 GW to 10 GW.
