- When you go to enter the new house, first of all know whether the time, month, date and day of Griha Pravesh is auspicious or not.

- On the day of Griha Pravesh, the woman of the house should take a pot filled with water and circumambulate the whole house. Also, flowers must be planted in every room and every place as a symbol of auspiciousness, so that positive energy resides in the house.

- On the day of Griha Pravesh, it is believed that boiling milk in the house is very auspicious. According to this tradition, this act invites auspiciousness and prosperity in the house and transmits positive energy throughout the house.
