Material for making Acharya Paneer:
Paneer – 250 grams (chopped in cubes)
Yogurt – 1/2 cup (folded)
Achari Masala – 2 tablespoons (below recipe)
Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida, rye, fennel, fenugreek seeds, fennel – for tempering
Salt, turmeric, chili – as per taste
How to make Achary Paneer
1. Fry the cheese lightly or keep it.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add tempering.
3. Add Acharya Masala, then add curd and cook well.
4. Add cheese and mix it in the spices and cook for 5-6 minutes.
5. Decorate with green coriander.
